Ms. Joy is a program management specialist with strong M & E background; She has over 3 years’ experience providing technical and programmatic support in implementation of HIV/AIDS, Nutrition, TB, Malaria, Family Planning Methods, vaccine preventable disease, community health and integrated health programs including WASH. Joy has acquired experience over the last 2 years in program management and technical support for all stages of project development including proposal design, proposal development, grants and contracts management, implementation, Monitoring and evaluations and high-level donor reporting. She has passion for Health System Strengthening work, facilitation of learning processes, staff supervision, mentorship and working as part of a team to achieve desired portfolio objectives. Joy holds skills in resource mobilization, creating collaborative partnerships and networks to fosters growth and sustainability of given portfolio. She has extensive experience tracking performance, donor representation and relationship building at national, subnational government and with key stakeholders both in Kenya and is highly adept at making strategic decisions to achieve desired goal.

Joy is a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree holder in Actuarial Science from Egerton University and she is currently undertaking Master’s Degree in Program Management.
